    For my recent stay in this city, I choose to stay at a hotel located at an excellent location. It was very easy to move around the city since the hotel was close to the public transport and taxi services were available right outside the hotel. One of the best aspects of this hotel is that it provides a free shuttle service to a major immigration and customs port into Hong Kong. it was located in a famous shopping mall with many shops and restaurants, making it one of the most mall-friendly hotels in the city.

    No complaints.

    Nearby hot pot restaurant is only a short walk away, just 400 feet! Room service is fast and the surrounding area is pleasant. 🍲

    The location is already great and Hong Kong is only a stone's throw away. There is also a lot to do around the hotel. The hotel is not suitable for guests who work at the airport or only have an intermediate stay because it is too far away.

    The selection of the breakfast offer could be a bit more western oriented. It is not so that it is only Chinese, but well, it depends on the personal taste.

    Very good, very good breakfast and dinner with the same buffet. There are several restaurants in the hotel. Very friendly staff.

    The fitness equipment is old and should be updated.

    Ok bed, I slept like a baby. Aix arome cafe, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the hotel. A comfortable place for exploring Shenzhen

    Staying in the hotel was very good. Room and service were great. The bed is very comfortable. I can tell that the breakfast is very good. Although i do not eat everyting, i can find many thing to eat. It is very close to metro and railway station. The hotel is very central point.

    the Spa & wellness centre was amazing and provided a relaxing experience. the room advantages were excellent with high-end furnishings and a private facilities area. the in-room breakfast was tasty and delivered on time.

    One minor issue was the service at the restaurant. While the food was delicious, the staff seemed more focused on clearing tables than serving guests.

    internet wireless available in most public area (reception, restaurant etc) but internet in room only with cable (available), no wireless. Then hard to use Skype with smart phone.

    This hotel is conveniently located near transportation hubs for border crossings and is in an attractive area with some shopping options nearby. the rooms are clean, comfortable and have good amenities like TV and wifi; the breakfast buffet is satisfactory and staff service is mostly professional.

    Some aspects of service at this hotel could use improvement.

    Superb in every way, staff were polite, spoke very good english, we felt very special, great location with lots of good restaurants, shopping and bars and just 5 mins walk to the metro - Fantastic

    I can think of anything bad, I love to stay here again.

    room seems a little bit old and dark because of dark wood panels. fixed shower nozzle.
